AttensaMy places are full and I cannot invite someone
Why an invitation says all places are assigned, and the ways to free a place or add more.

You may see “Your plan includes N active users and all places are assigned”, or “This workspace has reached its active user limit” when restoring someone.
Why
Places are shared by every workspace covered by the subscription. They are used by active people and by pending invitations. See How places work.
Ways to free or add a place
- Cancel pending invitations that are no longer needed, on Settings, Team.
- Remove someone who has left, or suspend them; suspended people do not use a place. See Suspend, remove, and change roles.
- On Pro, add extra users. See Add or remove extra users.
- On Basic, which includes one user, upgrade to Pro for six.
- For a large organization, ask us about Enterprise.
Note
“Your plan allows N pending teammate invitations” is a different limit: accept, resend, or cancel some invitations first.
Note
On Pro, only the owner of the paying workspace can give someone their own workspace; administrators can only invite collaborators into their workspace. On Enterprise, owners and administrators can all do it.
