Why only recent meetings appear on Basic
Basic shows a short rolling window of meetings and a monthly allowance. Older records are kept and return when you upgrade.

On this page
On Basic, Attensa shows only a short, rolling window of your most recent meetings, and the Overview says so (for example “Last 7 days”). Basic also has a monthly meeting allowance.
Nothing is deleted
Meetings outside the window, or over the allowance, are kept, only hidden. Upgrading to Pro shows everything Attensa has imported, and Pro also lets a Google Workspace administrator import history Google still holds.
Different limits, different reasons
| Limit | What it does |
|---|---|
| Recent window (Basic) | Meetings older than the window are hidden. They come back if you upgrade. |
| Monthly meeting allowance (Basic) | Meetings beyond the allowance are kept but hidden until you upgrade. |
| Google’s 30 days (every plan) | Google removes Meet records about 30 days after a meeting ends, so Attensa can only fetch recent meetings, unless a Google Workspace administrator on Pro or Enterprise imports older history. |
What to do
- Export reports regularly if you only need recent attendance. See Exports and reports.
- Compare plans or see the pricing page for current allowances.
