A meeting is missing
A checklist for when a class you held does not appear in Attensa: organizer, timing, Google connection, plan window, and sync.
Updated
Work through these in order.
- Was it organized by the connected account? Attensa only imports meetings organized by the Google account connected to the workspace. See which account that is on Integrations.
- Has the meeting ended? Meetings are imported after they end.
- Is Google connected and healthy? On Integrations, check the status. A red message at the top shows Google’s reason if the last sync failed. Reconnect Google if needed.
- Press Sync now (owner or administrator) and wait for the “Importing” indicator to finish.
- Is it older than 30 days? Google removes Meet records after about 30 days. A Google Workspace administrator on Pro or Enterprise can import older history; see Your first sync, and importing older meetings.
- Are you on Basic? The meeting may be outside the window or over the monthly allowance. See Why only recent meetings appear on Basic.
- Are you in the right workspace? Check the workspace card. See Switch between workspaces.
Tip
A restarted call can arrive as several short records with the same title. Search for the meeting title or the meeting code on the Meetings page.
Still missing? Contact support and choose the category missing meeting, with the meeting title, date, and organizer.
