Reconnect Google

How to renew the Google connection when syncing stops, a member who connected it left, or Google says the connection expired.

Updated

On this page

When you need to

  • The Integrations page says Connection required, or shows an error from Google.
  • Attensa signed you out saying your Google sign-in expired.
  • The person who connected Google was removed from the workspace.
  • A permission shows Not authorized.

How to reconnect

  1. Sign in as the workspace owner or an administrator.
  2. Open Integrations and choose Reconnect (or Reconnect Google).
  3. On Google’s screen, choose the account that organizes your meetings and approve all the permissions.
  4. You return to Attensa and a new import starts.

Where to find it: Integrations then Reconnect

Note

If the connection was made by another person, the page says syncing resumes when that person signs in to Attensa again. An owner or administrator can also reconnect with their own account, which then becomes the workspace’s Google account.

Meetings you have already imported are not affected. Remember that Google keeps only about 30 days of Meet records, so reconnect promptly. See How the Google connection works.
