Meeting reports

Open a meeting and choose Export CSV or Export PDF. The report lists every participant with these columns:

  • Name and email
  • First joined and last left
  • Time present and attendance percentage
  • Number of join/leave sessions

The PDF also shows a summary at the top: participants, meeting duration, and total join/leave sessions.

Reports for one person

Open People, select a person, and choose CSV or PDF. The report lists each class with its date, when they joined and left, time present, attendance, and number of sessions, with their classes, meetings, time present, and average attendance summarised in the PDF.

Note

Exports are created in your browser from the records on screen. On Basic they contain only what your plan currently shows.

Email notices

Two optional emails help you know when new attendance has arrived. Turn them on or off per person:

  • Email reports (on Integrations): a short note after each import, with counts of meetings, participants, and join/leave sessions processed and a link to your workspace.
  • Weekly summary (on Settings, Account & permissions): a weekly digest sent after your workspace syncs.

Export everything

Owners and administrators can export all of a workspace’s data as JSON. See Export, deletion, and erasure.

Still need help?

Signed-in customers can open a request from inside the workspace with Ask Attensa. Otherwise, send us a message and we will reply by email.
