Delete a workspace
Only the workspace owner can delete it.
- Download what you need first: Export workspace saves all meetings, attendance sessions, members, and certificates as JSON.
- Choose Delete workspace and type the workspace name exactly to confirm.
- Attensa schedules permanent deletion and shows the date. Until then you can choose Cancel deletion.
- After the grace period (30 days, as stated in the privacy policy), meetings, attendees, certificates, and members are permanently removed, and Google access is revoked.
- Invoices and payment records are kept as accounting and tax law requires.
- Deleting a workspace stops its subscription from renewing. Paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel the deletion, check Plans & billing to see whether you need to resume the subscription.
Delete your account
Choose Delete account and type your email address. Attensa removes your profile and memberships, signs you out, and revokes the Google access you granted.
- Workspaces where you are the only person are scheduled for deletion, and their renewals stop.
- If you own a workspace that has other members and no other owner, Attensa asks you to transfer ownership first. Contact support if you need help with that.
- Your personal data can be downloaded first with Download my data.
Important
Deletion cannot be undone once the grace period ends.
