Attensa has no separate passwords. You sign in with a Google account, and that same step connects the account whose meetings you want to track.
Create your workspace
- Open the Attensa sign-in page and choose Sign in with Google.
- Pick the Google account that organizes your meetings. For a school or company, this is usually your work account.
- On Google’s permission screen, review and approve the permissions. Connect Google explains each one.
- Attensa creates a workspace for you, named after you, and makes you its owner. Your first import starts right away.
Note
Most new workspaces start on the free Basic plan. You can compare plans and upgrade later, and nothing you record is lost when you do.
Name your workspace
The workspace name appears on reports, invitations, and certificates, so it is worth changing from the default.
Where to find it: Settings then Team then Workspace profile
Type a new Workspace name (at least two characters) and choose Save changes. Only the owner and administrators can rename a workspace.
If you were invited instead
Open the invitation email and choose the link. The sign-in page then says Accept invitation with Google. You must sign in with the Google address the invitation was sent to; any other account is refused. See Invite teammates.
Staying signed in
Your session lasts up to seven days. If your Google sign-in expires, Attensa signs you out and explains why; sign in with Google again and syncing continues. Use the account menu to Sign out at any time.
Tip
Signing in on a shared computer? Choose Sign out from the account menu when you finish.
