AttensaStripe and payments
Stripe handles Attensa’s payments only: checkout, subscription management, invoices, receipts, and tax calculation.

Attensa uses Stripe for payments, and for nothing else. Stripe is not connected to your Google data or your attendance records.
What Stripe does
- Checkout: you enter your payment details on Stripe’s secure page when you buy Pro or add extra users. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Attensa.
- Subscription management: Manage billing or cancel in your workspace opens Stripe’s billing page, where you update your payment method or cancel.
- Invoices and receipts: Stripe issues them and emails them to you. They are also listed in your workspace.
- Taxes: calculated automatically by Stripe Tax where they apply.
What Attensa keeps
Your plan, subscription status, invoices, and the billing name, email, and address you give Stripe. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, even after a workspace is deleted.
Need a change?
- Update a card or cancel: Renewals, cancelling, and non-refundable payments.
- Find an invoice: Invoices, receipts, and taxes.
- Payment problems: Checkout and payment problems.
Tip
Enterprise customers are invoiced monthly under their agreement rather than through online checkout.
