Buy Pro with Stripe checkout

Upgrade a workspace to Pro: choose monthly or annual billing, accept the terms, and pay securely on Stripe.

Only a workspace owner or administrator can buy Pro. Payment is handled by Stripe; your card details never reach Attensa.

Buy from the website

  1. On the pricing page, choose Monthly or Annual, then Get started under Pro.
  2. Sign in with Google if you are not signed in. Attensa opens Plans & billing for a workspace you can manage and shows the terms.
  3. Read Before you subscribe to Pro. Confirm the interval, tick the box acknowledging that payments are non-refundable and renew automatically, and choose Continue to payment.
  4. Pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe shows the final amount, including any taxes, before you pay.

Buy from inside your workspace

Where to find it: Settings then Billing then Available plans then Buy Pro

The steps from the terms onwards are the same.

After you pay

  • You return to Plans & billing, which confirms the payment. A green message reads “Payment received. Attensa Pro is now active for your workspace.”
  • If confirmation takes longer, the page says the payment is being confirmed. Pro activates automatically within a few minutes; refresh the page to check.
  • If you close checkout without paying, nothing is charged. The page says “Checkout was cancelled. You have not been charged.”
  • Your invoice and receipt are listed on the page and emailed to you by Stripe.

Note

Pro is the only plan with online checkout. A workspace whose Pro access is included by another workspace is not bought separately; see How places work.

Important

All payments are final and non-refundable. Read Renewals, cancelling, and non-refundable payments before you buy.
