Who can see your data

Your workspace members, Attensa staff only with your approval, and the public only on a certificate verification page.

Inside your workspace

Everyone who belongs to a workspace can see its meetings, people, and certificates. What each role can change differs; see Roles. A person only sees workspaces they belong to, and removed or suspended people see nothing.

Attensa staff

Attensa staff cannot open your workspace by default. They can look into it for support only during a time-limited access grant that you approve, when needed for security or abuse investigations, or when required by law. Platform administrators sign in with multi-factor authentication and their actions are audited.

When a support case needs access, you are asked to approve it, and the approval expires.

The public

Anyone with a certificate’s ID or link can open its verification page. It shows only what is printed on the certificate and never shows email addresses. Revoked certificates show as revoked. Individual certificate pages are not indexed by search engines.

Google and other providers

Google data is shared only with the service providers that host and run Attensa, as needed to provide the service. See Privacy policy and service providers.

Still need help?

Signed-in customers can open a request from inside the workspace with Ask Attensa. Otherwise, send us a message and we will reply by email.
