Google Meet attendance tracker

Track Google Meet attendance without an extension or meeting bot

Connect the Google account that organizes your meetings. Attensa reads completed Google Meet attendance and matches it to Google Calendar events so you can review a useful record instead of reconstructing attendance by hand.

How Google Meet attendance tracking works

After you connect Google, Attensa imports meetings you organized. Each record shows participants and their time in the meeting. Calendar matching adds the event title and helps identify invited participants.

1. Connect Google

Approve the read-only Meet, Calendar, and Contacts permissions described in Attensa’s privacy policy.

2. Import completed meetings

Attensa retrieves attendance sessions for meetings available to the connected organizer.

3. Review and share

Check attendance, organize recurring sessions, and export PDF or CSV reports.

Designed for attendance evidence

Attensa does not join your call, record audio or video, or read meeting chat. It uses attendance data to show who was present and for how long.

Join and leave detail

See multiple attendance sessions when someone leaves and returns.

Recurring meeting history

Review a class or training series using its stable Google Meet identity.

Privacy boundaries

Read exactly what Google data Attensa uses and how to disconnect it.
