Attensa: Google Meet attendance, made clear

Attensa turns your Google Meet sessions into accurate attendance records. See who joined each meeting you organized, when they joined and left, and how long they stayed, then share reports and issue attendance certificates. Built for training providers, schools, and teams that need proof of participation.

What Attensa does

  • Attendance records: every participant, with join and leave times and total time in each meeting.
  • Reports: export attendance to PDF or CSV.
  • Certificates: issue attendance certificates that anyone can verify on this website.
  • Teams: invite colleagues to a shared workspace with role-based access.

How Attensa uses your Google data

When you sign in with Google and connect your account, Attensa asks for:

  • Google Meet (read-only): who joined the meetings you organized, and when.
  • Google Calendar (read-only): titles, times, and invitees of events with a Meet link, to label meetings.
  • Google Contacts (read-only): the names, emails, and photos of people who joined your meetings. Your contact list is not copied.
  • Google Drive: limited to files Attensa itself creates, reserved for saving exports. It gives no access to your other files, and Attensa does not use it today.

Attensa never accesses meeting audio, video, recordings, or chat, never changes anything in your Google account, does not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models with it, and you can disconnect Google at any time. Attensa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read our privacy policy for details.
