Which source permissions are requested?
Read-only access to Google Meet attendance, Google Calendar events with a Meet link, and the contact details of people in your meetings, plus Drive access limited to files Attensa creates. Tokens are encrypted and you can disconnect at any time.

Yes. The Basic plan is free for a single workspace owner and includes Meet import and exports.
What is the initial intake window?
When you sync, Attensa imports conference records from the previous 29 days and keeps new sessions up to date.
Can colleagues work from the same evidence desk?

How Attensa uses your Google data
When you sign in with Google and connect your account, Attensa asks for:
- Google Meet (read-only): who joined the meetings you organized, and when.
- Google Calendar (read-only): titles, times, and invitees of events with a Meet link, to label meetings.
- Google Contacts (read-only): the names, emails, and photos of people who joined your meetings. Your contact list is not copied.
- Google Drive: limited to files Attensa itself creates, reserved for saving exports. It gives no access to your other files, and Attensa does not use it today.
Attensa never accesses meeting audio, video, recordings, or chat, never changes anything in your Google account, does not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models with it, and you can disconnect Google at any time. Attensa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
